At Lagos Prints, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
We only accept returns for defective products.
Returned items must be:
Unused,
Unworn,
In their original packaging and condition (including tags, labels, and protective covers).
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Contact Us:
Email our support team at support@lagosprints.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Approval & Instructions:
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Shipping Costs:
Returns are shipped via post.
Some shipping costs may be handled by the customer, depending on the situation.
Lagos Prints is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email.
